Mrs. Janice Mullings George

Mrs. Janice Mullings-George is passionate about her God-gifted profession, Nursing.  She holds a bachelors of science in nursing (BSN) from Northern Caribbean University and a master of science in Public Health (MSPH), with an emphasis in management of health systems from the University Of Liverpool. 

Mrs. George also holds various certifications including a Diploma in Asthma and COPD from The National Respiratory Institute, Certificate of Completion Perioperative 101, and Bermuda Hospitals Board Nurse Leadership Course amongst others.

She is immediate past Chair of The Bermuda Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Clinical Resource Nurse for the Bermuda Hospitals Board PACU.

Mrs. George is the 2nd Vice President of the Bermuda Nurses Association and Assistant Secretary to the Caribbean Nurses Organization Board of Directors. She is a certified life coach, motivator and author.

She sat and has advised on various committees including:

- The Bermuda Nursing and Allied Health Education Advisory Team 

- The Bermuda Nursing Strategic Pathways Committee, and

- Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) - Covid-19 Therapeutics Guidelines Ccommittee, to name a few.

Mrs. George is a nurse advocate. She was humbled to be chosen as Bermuda’s Nurse of the year 2019 and due to the Covid pandemic held the title for 2 years. Her book “ My Mama is a Nurse “ has been featured in The National Council of State Boards of Nursing  in their IN FOCUS magazine  and she is pictured in the State of the World Report 2021.

Mrs. George enjoys mentoring and coaching Nurses and women in general to not allow their setbacks to keep them down but instead Reset, Reboot and strive for excellence!   She enjoys doing it through her coaching platform Reset to Reboot. 

She gives all glory to God for leading her life and trusts him solely for strength.
