Purpose Statement: The 2024 International Nurses Day Symposium is a time where nurses meet, learn and collaborate on matters that are crucial to the upliftment of standards, practices, policy and professional development. Utilizing the International Council of Nurses' (ICN), theme, "Our Nurses. Our Future. The Economic Power of Care, we gather to hear what is topical today in the profession of Nursing, to share our input in planning and designing strategies for the future trajectory we deem pivotal to attain and sustain Nursing Care Provision at the highest level possible. We come one body, one voice with a unified purpose of propelling nursing forward, upward and together.
