About BDA
Established in 1986, The Bahamas Diabetes Association is a health Non—Government Organization (NGO).
Our objectives:
1. Assist in educating diabetic patients in particular, the Bahamian public about the condition of diabetes mellitus.
2. Act as a social support group for diabetics and their families.
3. Provide material and financial assistance where practicable to diabetics to assist them in managing their condition and maintaining good health.
4. Engage in any other activities designed to promote interest in the welfare of diabetics and assist then in the management of their condition.
