Road Traffic Automation Project is an online platform or website that provides semi-automated and fully automated online services to the clients of the road traffic department. All services will be available and accessible 24/7, online. 

Semi-sutomated services requires the personnel of the Road Traffic Department to review the documents submitted for approval. Fully-automated services does not require human intervention because the system can instanly verify digital information using 5-factor authentication system.

The platform also can create multiple accounts for the personnel who will manages several aspects of operation such as but not limited to the following :

1. Examiners Account  - Personnel in-charge to formulate examination questions and examination lessons.
2. Proctor Account - Personnel who conducts the online examination.
3. Reviewers of Documents Account - Personnel incharge of reviewing and approving the correctness of the documents uploaded.
4. Drive Test Inspector Account - Personnel Incharge of conducting Drive Test for learner's permit and Driver's license applicants.
5. Car Inspector Account - Personnel in-charge of inspecting and approving the car for registration.
6. Media Account - Personnel in-charge of news, guidleine, and information to be desiiminated to the public.
7. Cashier Account - Personnel in-charge of reviewing the income coming from all online payments. 

Car Registration can now be done in less that 1 minute by using digital Car Insurance certificate that will be provided by another website as partner of the Road Traffic website. All accredited car insurance companies by the Raod Traffic Department will create an account at carinsurance website and sell insurance packages via their brokers. ti is the responsibility of the Car insurance company to report the digital Car Insurance certificate tot he database of the Raod Traffic that will beused as data based to validate the  submitted car insurance Certificate by the Car owner during Car registration process. thus, verification of digital Car insurance Certificate is done automatically. This will facilitate the less-than-1-minute processing time of car REgistration provided the car inspection is already done.

The platform is done as generic and therefore will be customized per country's requirements.

The entire project will undergo the following process before fully implemented such as:
1. Customization of the RT platfrom based on the RT requirement per country.
2. Pre-testing of the customized platform by the RT personnel.
3. Feedbacking and modification of the platform.
4. Testing of the modified platform.
5. Pre-tesing of the modified platform by the sample group of drivers and learners.
6. Feedbacking and midification of the platform.
7. Re-testing of the modified platform.
8. Presentation of the modified platform to the Board of Road Traffic Department for review and approval to conduct Pilot Testing.
9. Pilot testing of the RT platform to 100 clients.
10. Feedbacking and mdofication of RT platform.
11. Pilaot Re-testing of the RT platform to another 100 clients.
12. Feedbacking and finalization.
13. Presentatioin of the RT platfrom to the Board of RT for final review and approval to launch the website and partnership aggreement with the CEonpoint LLC.
14. Management and maintenance of the RT website.
